We handle most inquiries within 24 hours. For specific parts whose parameters are verified with the supplier, allow 2–5 business days.
Send an inquiry
By e-mail, phone or WhatsApp. A brief description and a photo are enough — we'll sort out the rest.
We specify the part
We'll call or write — fill in any missing details, verify the year of manufacture, the schematic and the control system.
We send a quote
Price, delivery date, options (original / refurbished / made-to-order). Always with information on where the part comes from.
You confirm and we deliver
Once ordered, we arrange supply, packing and shipping. We handle any complaint directly with you.
What we need from you
We ask for the part designation and machine details for one reason only — so that you only fit the part once.
One and the same machine can use three different bearings across its generations. The same belt designation is made in four lengths depending on the year of manufacture. Without verification we might send you a part that looks right but doesn't fit the machine — and you'd be handling a return instead of a breakdown.
