The process

How to inquire about
a spare part.

One e-mail, phone call or WhatsApp message is enough. We recommend sharing everything we'll need anyway up front — it saves both sides time and the risk of getting a part that doesn't fit.

4 steps from inquiry to delivery

We handle most inquiries within 24 hours. For specific parts whose parameters are verified with the supplier, allow 2–5 business days.

"We identify most parts from a photo of the nameplate and the machine type. Without that, every inquiry is a guessing game."

What we need from you

We ask for the part designation and machine details for one reason only — so that you only fit the part once.

One and the same machine can use three different bearings across its generations. The same belt designation is made in four lengths depending on the year of manufacture. Without verification we might send you a part that looks right but doesn't fit the machine — and you'd be handling a return instead of a breakdown.

Before we order anything from a supplier, we verify it. That's why we ask. That's why it works.

Where to reach us

Choose the channel that suits you. We respond within 24 hours on business days — for urgent cases (a line is down) we react within the hour.

What's not enough
"Hello, I need a spindle bearing. Can you send one? Thanks."
  • It's not clear which machine the part belongs to
  • No year of manufacture — the same machine has different bearings across generations
  • Without a photo of the part or nameplate, the exact type can't be verified
  • Without identification we'll have to keep asking — and the part reaches you a week later
With this it goes quickly
"Hello, I need an axial bearing for a Kovosvit MAS MCV 500, year 2007, serial no. 12345-A14. Attached are a photo of the machine nameplate, a photo of the old bearing and page 47 of the manual. Control system TNC530. Urgent — the machine is down. Thanks, Pavel."
  • Specific machine + year of manufacture + serial number
  • Photo of the part and nameplate — we can verify with the supplier
  • Page from the manual — we match it with the catalogue
  • Control system stated up front
  • You get a quote within 24 hours, the part typically within a week
