Bellows and telescopic steel covers protect the most sensitive parts of a CNC machine — guideways, ball screws and telescopic axes — from chips, coolant, dust and oil. After several years of intensive operation, however, the covering elements age: the seams of slatted bellows come apart, steel covers deform, wipers wear out. The result is contaminants reaching the machine's moving parts and gradual damage to the guideways or screws — repairs that cost tens to hundreds of thousands of crowns.

We offer the manufacture of covers made exactly to your machine, regardless of make or type. Our customers are engineering firms across the Czech Republic and Slovakia, where we have supplied covering elements for CNC milling machines, lathes and machining centres from Kovosvit MAS, ZPS Tajmac, Hurco, Hermle, DMG, Okuma, Mazak and others. The price is usually well below buying the original cover from the machine maker, and the delivery time is shorter.

   Dimensions, material, number of folds, operating conditions, axis (X/Y/Z) and other parameters. The more precise the specification, the more precise the quote. If you don't know something, leave the field blank — we'll fill it in after a consultation.

4. Consultation and quotation

   Within a few business days you'll receive a price quote with the scope of work and the delivery time.

5. Manufacturing

   Once you approve, we start manufacturing. The typical delivery time is 2–4 weeks from order confirmation.

6. Delivery

   Directly to your workshop. If you wish, we can arrange installation too.
