Metering module
The CPV2 is a metering module for precisely dosing lubricant in the progressive lubrication systems of CNC machines. On its own it is not a complete distributor — it is fitted as one of the segments in a progressive distributor, acting as the metering element for a given lubrication point.
It works on a fixed-dose principle: with each lubrication-pump cycle, a precisely defined amount of oil or grease passes through the module to the connected lubrication point (linear guideway, ball screw, spindle bearing).
The modular design allows a distributor to be assembled with any number of outlets and to combine different dose variants on a single distributor according to the needs of individual lubrication points.
The CPV2 is fitted into the progressive distributors of CNC machines' central lubrication systems, where it doses lubricant to individual points — linear guideways, ball screws and spindle bearings. It is found across a wide range of machine brands.
