Service and parts supply go hand in hand here. Thanks to our daily work on machines, we know how to deal with suppliers, what to ask and where the price hides overhead you don't have to pay.
We're not an authorised service centre or a big middleman — and that's our competitive edge. The same part an authorised dealer would charge you for with a markup covering all of its infrastructure, we get from the same supplier for a fraction.

Before we order anything, we're sure it fits. If we're not sure, we say so up front.
Realistic delivery dates
When we say a part will be there within a week, it will. When we know it's a month, we say a month — not "soon".
